La Souris is in een relatief korte periode enorm hard gegroeid zonder een sterke marketing strategie. Er was veel data verzameld in het account maar zonder enige structuur. De uitdaging was om structuur en hiermee controle aan te brengen in het grote productassortiment waarna een volledige funnel structuur kon worden neergezet die hierop aansloot.
