Rinsma was al actief op het gebied van Meta maar dit stond nog in de kinderschoenen. Het was belangrijk om binnen een korte periode een professionalisering plaats te laten vinden om zo de sluiting van de fysieke locatie op te kunnen vangen. Wat dit uitdagend maakte was dat er nog geen fundament aanwezig was waarop voortgebouwd kon worden waardoor dit allereerst gerealiseerd diende te worden.
Rinsma heeft samen met Chary binnen twee weken een volledige strategie weten te ontwikkelen. Deze heeft met succes omzetdaling als gevolg van de sluiting van de fysieke winkels op weten te vangen en heeft bovendien een fundament achtergelaten waar het bedrijf verder op kon doorbouwen.
